Jake Sheff is a major and pediatrician in the US Air Force, married with a daughter and six pets. Jake’s poems are in or forthcoming from Radius, Crab Orchard Review, The Cossack Review, and elsewhere. He won first place in the 2017 SFPA speculative poetry contest. Two poems have been nominated for the 2018 Best of the Net Anthology and one for a 2019 Pushcart Prize. His chapbook Looting Versailles was released by Alabaster Leaves Publishing in 2013.
