My background is unusual. I built businesses across three continents — taking companies from standing starts to multi-million dollar operations, leading turnarounds, managing complex sales organizations. That work taught me something no MBA program teaches cleanly: the interior condition of the people at the center of any system determines everything. Strategy without wisdom doesn’t hold. Growth without self-awareness doesn’t last.

That recognition sent me into deeper study — a Master’s in Consciousness, Psychology, and Transformation — and into the emerging ecosystems of regenerative leadership, conscious media, and civilizational transition. I now apply those frameworks to practical initiatives at the frontier of systems change. One current focus explores how the greatest wealth transfer in human history — an estimated $80–140 trillion moving between generations over the next two decades — might become a catalyst for values-aligned investment, regenerative systems, and a new story of stewardship.

Other current work includes co-creating wisdom-centered leadership programs with Dr. Greg Stebbins, contributing to the Editorial Circle of Kosmos Journal, and building Reboot Wisdom as a platform where inner development and practical action meet. I’m drawn to people operating at the edges of what’s possible: scientists, storytellers, capital stewards, and systems builders who believe the next chapter requires both intellectual rigor and an open heart.

This essay critiques the divisive structures of modern Western thought and its reliance on categorization, separation, and hierarchical knowledge. Drawing on Ken Wilber’s models while gently transcending them, it contrasts fragmented worldviews with Indigenous and quantum paradigms rooted in relationality, space, and presence.
