Maurice Strong is a senior adviser to the Secretary General of the
United Nation and former senior adviser to the president of the World
Bank. He is one of the world’s most influential political and
environmental activists. Strong served on the board of directors for the
United Nations Foundation, is chairman of the Earth Council, and the
author of Where on Earth Are We Going? (Texere Publishers, New York 2001).
