Lois Jewel Barber

Lois Barber is Co-founder and Executive Director of EarthAction, a
global network of over 2,000 organizations in over 160 countries.  She is
also the Founder and President Emerita of 20/20 Vision (now named 2020 Action), a US based
activist network of over 30,000 citizens focused on peace and
environmental security. She served as an advisor to President Clinton, received the Woman of Distinction Award, the Project Censored
Award, the Giraffe Award for ‘sticking one’s neck out for the common
good,’ and the Environmental Leadership Award from Tuft’s University. She
has represented EarthAction on the Global Interdependence Initiative,
UBUNTU, a global Network of Networks and Global Action to Prevent War.
