Born in Japan, Yasuhiko Genku Kimura is Founder and Chairman of Vision In Action, an outgrowth of The Twilight Club which was founded in the 1870s by Herbert Spencer, Ralph Emerson, Walt Whitman, Mark Twain, Andrew Carnegie, and others, and where he served as Executive Director.
