Dr. Andreas Weber holds a diploma in Marine Biology and a doctoral degree in Cultural Studies. He writes non-fiction books, magazine features and is one of the few representatives of “Nature Writing” in German literature. As an independent scholar, he explores new understandings of life-as-meaning or “Biopoetics” in science and in the arts.
