We are teetering on the edge of an invisible, boundary-less, permeable, fluid, interconnected domain known as ‘the field.’ It is the quantum field. We can see it, and sense it…and now; it is calling us to a new frequency.

First noted by Max Plank in the 20th century, the field was once the domain of highly trained physicists and other intellectuals. Over time this concept bled into the vernacular of thought leaders or innovators of the sixties. Since then, a steady and incremental development of consciousness has reached a critical mass and we are now on the brink of an instantaneous explosion into global consciousness. That is, what has been understood and utilized by a certain number has reached a tipping point and will now be known to the whole—instantaneously and spontaneously. We are Keyes’ ‘Hundredth Monkey,’ demonstrating Sheldrake’s morphic field theory.

This quickening of a generalized collective awareness calls for new language, a terminology enabling us to identify and speak into our higher levels of understanding while continuing to build upon and utilize them. Our ability to access and interact with this field is what I call our ‘VQ,’™ our ‘Vibrational Intelligence Quotient.’ Just as IQ and EQ measure our intellectual and emotional intelligence respectively, VQ is a measure of our vibrational intelligence.

Our VQ will help us know what is wanting to emerge. It can be our greatest tool of navigation as we face uncharted paths.

It is what Deepak Chopra describes as "the continuum of probability distributions...of all possible energy information states that will subsequently manifest as space/time events.” This field holds a level of creative possibility that most of us have thus far, not dared to believe. It may be the closest we have yet come to an understanding of our Oneness with the Divine. It is the domain of intention, surrender, trust and manifestation. New terminology can and will support us in this emergent sphere, as we collectively deepen our exploration into this ‘intelligent soup;’ at once non-local and ubiquitous, in which we all dwell.

This portends the possibility of more than garden variety growth and change. Here lies the promise of a conceptually new way of perceiving our inter-connectedness as a species, and with all species. We may be witnessing a global ‘quantum leap’ in growth. Might we achieve a planetary-wide level of understanding that peace is both imperative and possible? Here lies a platform of transformation, here lies a call from the field on a new frequency...let us meet there.
