David Fideler studied ancient religions and Greek philosophy at the University of Pennsylvania. He was the publisher of Phanes Press, editor of Alexandria: A Journal of Cosmology, Philosophy, Myth and Culture, and holds a Ph.D. in philosophy and cultural studies from the Union Institute. David is currently the owner of Concord Communications and Design (www.concordcd.com ), where he applies the principles of good harmony and proportion in the fields of graphic design and marketing communications. His most recent book is Love's Alchemy: Poems from the Sufi Tradition, translated from Persian with his wife Sabrineh.
